The Grizzled: Armistice Edition Review

So, I just completed The Grizzled: Armistice Edition (2018) campaign with a 4-person co-op board game crew, and I thought I’d share my thoughts.

First some basics, The Grizzled: Armistice Edition is basically The Grizzled (2015) + The Grizzled: At Your Orders! (2016) expansion + some new additions, including a campaign-styled format + pre-painted miniatures.

It’s important to note that while the original The Grizzled and the At Your Orders! expansion are both structured as one-off games, the Armistice Edition is a 10-chapter campaign which introduces new rules/complexities as you progress along. You could still play the individual campaign chapters as one-off games if you wanted to, but it would require some fiddling with the cards to make sure you’re including and excluding the right cards, etc.
